US-based WomenTech Network issues its list of ‘100 Top Women in Tech Leaders To Watch in 2025’

Around two weeks ago, the California-based WomenTech C-Level Network (WomenTech Network) put out its list of the ‘100 Top Women in Tech Leaders To Watch in 2025’. In a statement published on its website announcing the list, the organisation highlighted the fact that in the previous year, ‘women comprised only 11% of executive positions within the tech industry’—and that through 2021-2024 ‘women and non-binary individuals occupied just 15% of C-suite positions—including CIOs and CTOs—within NASDAQ-100 tech companies.’

The organisation published its first such list in 2023. By publishing these lists and through follow-up activities, the Network aims to highlight and bring together women who are already at the top executive levels within the technology sector worldwide; it also hopes to encourage women to join and move up to those levels within that sector.

The Network claims on its website that this year’s list was compiled ‘based on nominations, information from our database, interviews, company websites, and other public sources.’ Anybody can make a nomination for the next year’s list via this link—and one could nominate oneself, too.

According to an article authored by Anna Radulovski, the Network’s Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, the Network was established in 2019.
